Futurizm of ORIC at UMT organized an immensely insightful learning webinar entitled “Igniting Your Business Ideas” by Mr. Asim Shahryar Hussain (CEO, Ignite Technology Fund), on Wednesday, 21-12- 2022, at 3:00 pm, via Zoom. The Director CENTIN, UMT, Mr. Muhammad Yasir Amjad moderated the session whereas the worthy Director General UMT, Mr. Abid H.K Shirwani, and the Dean & Associate Dean SST, UMT, Dr. Yaser Daanial Khan and Dr. Muhammad Tahir Mushtaq along with other faculty members, also graced this event with their presence.
The guest speaker of this session, Mr. Asim Shahryar Husain is a seasoned C-level executive with more than 25 years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing Planning & Execution, and Sales of Technical. He started his talk by sharing the introduction and accomplishments of Ignite, Technology Fund, and then he precisely briefed about the offerings and projects of Ignite Technology Fund, which aimed to promote and encourage entrepreneurial ventures. This was an interactive session where the participants shared their issues and queries with him. Mr. Asim along with his team members comprehensively answered all queries.
The D.G UMT, Mr. Abid H.K. Shirwani appreciated the efforts of Ignite Technology Fund, in the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem across the country and suggested opening their facilitation centers in all the other big cities of the country as well. The Director of CENTIN, Mr. Muhammad Yasir Amjad concluded the session with a note of thanks to the guests and the participants.
